Cap action
All plastic centrifugal pipes shall be provided with pipe caps, which shall be tightly covered to prevent liquid leakage.
Function of pipe cover:
1. When it is used for radioactive or strongly corrosive samples, the leakage of the samples shall be prevented.
2. Prevent sample volatilization.
3. Support centrifugal pipe to prevent deformation of centrifugal pipe.
Centrifugal technology
In biological science, especially in the field of Biochemistry and molecular biology, it has been widely used. Every biochemistry and molecular biology laboratory has to prepare a variety of types of centrifuges. Centrifugation technology is mainly used for the separation and preparation of various biological samples. The suspension of biological samples is placed in the centrifuge tube under high-speed rotation. Due to the huge centrifugal force, the suspended micro particles (such as organelles, sedimentation of biological macromolecules, etc.) settle at a certain speed, so that they can be separated from the solution.
Basic principle:
When a particle (biomacromolecule or organelle) is subjected to centrifugal force under high-speed rotation, the centrifugal force "F" is defined by the following formula: F = ma = m ω 2RA acceleration of particle rotation, M - effective mass of settling particle, ω - angular velocity of particle rotation, R - radius of particle rotation (CM). Centrifugal force is usually expressed as a multiple of gravity, so it is called relative centrifugal force "RCF". Or a number multiplied by "g" for example 25000 × g means that the relative centrifugal force is 25000.
