5. The heating should be even to avoid bumping or bursting of the test tube.
6. It can't be cooled rapidly after heating to avoid rupture.
7. Preheat when heating to avoid sudden heat and burst of test tube.
8. When heating, keep the outer wall of the test tube free of water droplets to avoid bursting due to uneven heating.
9. After heating, do not wash the test tube before it has cooled to room temperature.
10. When using the test tube clamp to clamp the test tube, put the test tube clamp up from the bottom of the test tube and clamp it on the middle and upper part of the test tube. If the length of the test tube is divided into three equal parts, the test tube clamp is clamped at the third of the end of the test tube. Within one part is reasonable.
