After the sample test, the sample tube needs to be cleaned in time, and it should be cleaned immediately after pouring out the waste liquid, because once the solvent volatilizes and the solid adheres, it is difficult to wash off, and the longer the time is, the harder it is to wash. The washing method can be "acetone throwing technique" or nuclear magnetic tube cleaner. For specific operation, please refer to the following introduction. For the sample tube that is difficult to clean, a special nuclear magnetic tube brush can be used, and an ordinary brush can not be used to cut it, so as not to scratch the sample tube; because ultrasonic cleaning may cause cracks that are not easy to find, it is not appropriate to use it
1 throwing technique
Put more than a dozen nuclear magnetic tubes poured out of the waste liquid into the beaker, add 80% full acetone into the tube, and then pour the acetone back to the recovery bottle (the recovered acetone can be reused), and shake the ten nuclear magnetic tubes to the ground to dry (be careful not to hold too many nuclear magnetic tubes or shake them too hard, so as to prevent the nuclear magnetic tubes in the middle from falling off and hitting the ground); repeat the action of adding acetone and drying for about three times; Then dry the NMR tube to remove acetone. Purpose of drying: remove the residual dirty solution. Acetone can also be replaced by other organic solvents such as ethanol.

2. Use method of nuclear magnetic tube cleaner
1) Put the cap of the nuclear magnetic tube on the bottom of the nuclear magnetic tube, press it tight, and then slowly insert the cap of the nuclear magnetic tube with the cap upward into the fine tube of the washer. Remember to put the nuclear magnetic tube into the washer slowly.
2) The lower part of the washer is connected with a conical bottle, and the end with a small nozzle is connected with a water pump
3) Pour acetone into one end of the pour solvent, turn on the water pump, press the cap with the palm of your hand, and the acetone will rush into the inverted nuclear magnetic tube, wash the contents of the tube down, and wash repeatedly several times
4) Take out the nuclear magnetic tube and wipe off the solvent hanging on the outside of the tube, so that the cleaning of the nuclear magnetic tube is completed.
Note: the nuclear magnetic tube cleaner (five specifications) can wash five sample tubes at the same time

3 drying of nuclear magnetic tube
If the cleaned nuclear magnetic tube is dried naturally, it will take several days to use (no acetone peak); Recommended Practice: dry it at 60 ℃ for more than 5 hours, when drying, the nuclear magnetic tube cannot be placed horizontally, it must be placed vertically, so as to ensure that the nuclear magnetic tube does not deform during drying. The drying temperature should not be too high to avoid affecting the uniformity of the nuclear magnetic tube.
