Microinjectors can be used for scientific research, chemical industry, oil refining, hospital and other units for analysis.Especially suitable for gas chromatograph. Liquid chromatograph is an essential precision instrument for liquid analysis.Its total capacity error is <5%.Air tightness withstands 0.2 mpa.In order to prolong the service life of the sampler, the sampler is divided into two types: non-stored liquid and stored liquid. Now the precautions in use are described as follows:
1.0.5L-5L non-liquid microinjector
1. Do not wash with heavy alkaline solution to avoid water leakage and air leakage caused by weight loss caused by corrosion of glass and corrosion damage of stainless steel parts.
2. The injector is a liquid-free injector.The core (stainless steel wire) is directly connected to the tip of the needle, so there will be no storage solution, but it should be cleaned immediately after use to avoid the core from being contaminated and stuck.
3. Solubility indicator core shall not pull more than AG pattern. If it accidentally pulls through the pattern and pulls out the jacket without stopping, it can be reassembled. However, needle tip nut must be rotated out before assembling, and then the core (stainless steel wire) must be patiently passed through the center of the silicone rubber washer, then aligned with the needle tip hole, slowly screw up the needle tip nut, and then push the core, so that the stainless steel wire can not be folded directly.Bend.
4. The air tightness of the injector is sealed by a silicone rubber gasket at the tip of the needle.Therefore, after a long service life, the gasket will be vulnerable or aging will affect the air tightness, and must be changed, otherwise, it will affect the capacity accuracy and repeatability.
5. The needle tip of the sampler should not work at high temperature above 400 C, and should not be burned directly with fire, so as to avoid annealing of the needle tip and loss of puncture ability.
2.10 L-100 L liquid microinjector

2. The sampler is a liquid-retaining sampler, so the needle tip tube is pulled back and forth several times in the solution when absorbing the solution, and the bubbles in the needle tip are discharged (all bubbles must be exhausted when using). The user must pay attention to it, otherwise, the correctness and capacity accuracy will be affected.
3. The needle tip of the sampler is fixed and must not be removed.The inner hole of the needle tip is very small, so it is not suitable to absorb the solution with coarse suspended substances.Clean immediately after use to prevent blockage of needle tip.
4. If the needle tip is blocked, it is advisable to use_0.1mm stainless steel wire in patiently collusion and not burn directly with fire to prevent the needle tip from annealing and losing its puncture ability due to high heat.
5. The sampler shall not pull the core back and forth for many times when the humidity between the core and the sleeve is insufficient (when it is not dry), so as not to get stuck and wear and cause damage.
6. If stainless steel oxide (blackening) in the sampler is found to affect normal use, it can be dipped in a small amount of soapy water on the stainless steel core and plugged into the sampler. If it comes back several times, it can be removed and washed again.
