6. After using the pipette, it should be washed with tap water and distilled water immediately and placed on the pipette rack.

8. When using the pipette, in order to reduce the measurement error, each time from the top scale (0 scale) as the starting point, the required volume of solution should be dropped down, rather than the volume required to absorb as much volume.
Cleaning of pipette
After washing with tap water, soak with chromic acid detergent. The operation method is as follows:

The middle finger and ring finger open and hold the outside of the pipette. The thumb is held in the middle of the middle finger and ring finger, and the little finger relaxes naturally.Hold the suction ball in the left hand and hold the fist style. Hold the suction ball in the palm with the tip down. Hold the suction ball tightly and expel the air in the ball. Insert or close the tip of the suction ball in the upper mouth of the pipette (suction tube), and pay attention not to air leakage.Slowly loosen the left finger, slowly inhale the detergent into the tube until the part above the scale line, remove the earball, quickly block the upper mouth of the pipette (pipette) with the right index finger, wait for a moment, and put the detergent back into the original bottle.Rinse the inner and outer walls of pipette (pipette) with tap water until no water droplets are hung, then wash with distilled water for 3 times, and control dry water for standby.

Pipettes above 1 mL are scrubbed with pipettes, pipettes of 0.1 mL, 0.2 mL and 0.5 mL can be soaked with detergent and cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner if necessary.As the chromic acid lotion is carcinogenic, it should be avoided as much as possible.If a large number of batches of pipettes are flushed after washing, the flushing bucket can be used.
